Businesses of service cater to courtesy and gentlemanly respect. It is customary to tip the staff member whom genuinely takes care, caters to, or manages your theme of luxury living.
Case in point. A basic limousine drive picks up clients from one address and reaches one destination and then when required returns to the start address. This type of drive is common & placed on a flat rate billing of time & miles involved.
The request involving multiple stops is itenorary and is not calculated as flat rate.
The average drive and theme is from 4 to 6 hours of service not including preparation time. Due to all reasons involved such as start time, traffic, passengers, wait time, fuel, detail & maintenance, per hour billing is used ( 50% to reserve date/balance on date or before drive) The billing can stem from $65 per hour up to $250 per hour due to people, vehicle, & availability.
The driver's first priority is safety and liability, then leisure & comfort. The driver has the trained experience in the areas of fun as well as safety. The driver at best and at his/her least is caring for you to enjoy your life, as you are in his/her hands.
It is completely customary and standard that each passenger tip the driver.
What you do not realize is your driver more than likely was paid $40 on average to drive you. A driver should receive a minimum tip of $10 to $20 per passenger.
If you are ashamed or private person then use an envelope with the drivers name on it and hand it to him/her. Use it as donation expense (consult a cpa or IRS) on your taxes.

Luxury Driving is a wonderful treat and much fun when all is safe and sound to do so.

"So I'm learning how to be one" is my honest answer about self help, business, education, growth and implementation of principals as infrastructure. Basically as a business I am learning how to be one.

STRAIGHT TO IT
People say whatever and whenever they possibly can the very thing which makes them more or less appealing to you. I drive for a living and because I survive by this I must be savy and maintain a balance between income and outcome. If I am to pay my bills ($3,580 per month) I must generate $180 per day average in deposits. The problem is people want free all the time which is dangerous to service based products such as mine.
A call for a wedding request, a call for prom, and a call for long distance driving all display a common denominator and that is cost. If I accept all these requests without recouping fuel cost, maintenance cost, ammenities cost, and driver compensation, I am paying them for their request of service.

ALL I NEED
365 requests which pay an average of $180 each and using 4 hour blocks of service. Morning,Midday, and Night blocks allow 3 opportunities per day to meet the goal.

I can make it enjoyable and memorable as long as I and service don't suffer in business.

This came to me while taking a shower in Cedar Hill facilities and at the time I simply wanted to know my voice and perfect my ability to vocally perform. I in the same breath knew anything I sing needs to be authentic in order to reach anyone other than myself. The only thing about me is I am completely in the moments only and recollecting exactly as it was displayed is a problem for me. What is written below this article is basically what I could remember. I shall however revisit the shower and try to recall more and this time repeat out loud until its all written down.

is a song based on remaining connected to God and allowing this universe to hear your cries of concerns and manifest a defensive force which prevents you from altering your freedom by allowing your enemies or objections of progression to be removed from your path.

The song itself has basically one verse and remainder of it is all hook/chorus/chant/repetition and allows for any performer to input their own testimony thus tailoring the song to them. What eye love most about the entire process is how much ice is appreciated during the process of elimination. Well needless to say the Williams Brothers have again made a stink enough to be shun away simply because we decided to bring a little Hollywood to the Texas panhandle. We were in an awesome mood of promoting for our business as any business should. We were in the limo and 1 suv which happened to be a new Cadillac Escalade. New to us.
Anyway, we valet parked both vehicles, which the attendant had to gain clearance to valet the limosuine. Well, eye carry a briefcase. Makes me feel like a real business person some how. You know dhat eye have important thangs up in this briefcase, so eye walked my nappy class to the back of the limo and placed it in the trunk. We walk to the establishment and take our time doing so.
We are looked up and down and then are told we aren't dressed appropriately. We had on $120 dress shoes, $45 socks, $$450 watch, $20 shoe laces, $20 dress socks, $120 bottle cologne(not gon tell ya) $40 draws (underwear), basically we both combined are wearing$1300 to $1900 in ensemble and accessories easy.

What ended up being a day which was looked forward upon turned into a day appreciated when released as the nights and the days events spun according to the plans of turmoil.
Needless to say what goes around comes around so eye hold steady in my peace and allow only my heart to race 4 minutes opposed to 30 minutes. There was chaos, drama, liquor, women, men, personas, and opportunity to make a fun loving time transition into a night remembered but not with joy! IT could be worse however!

WHAT IF EYE WIN?

PERSONAL BLOG ENTRY BASED ON DJ HATSIM AS MISTAH BOOGII. The thoughts has come to me how to help me catch up to my dejavu and prove a theory based on experience recalled and relived. There is a formula eye believe eye am involved in which until these moments passing eye have allowed to elude me. There is a simple way to make me recall numbers, events, dialogue, obtained from the dream state of sleep.

What eye will attempt to do is simply dress in same color based on the month, recall the numbers played in lottery based on the events major. Example this years Superbowl is known as XLV. The Superbowl being hosted in Dallas is Monumental and the events surrounding the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington (sheets of ice falling on workers) is just as historic of the stadiums legacy.

There are other personal events to me and my family which will reinforce my findings such as my mothers passing in september 2010, my brothers affiliation with a situation placing him in hiding for survival, me driving the limo's for the first time, losing my job in November 2010, my personal injury in July of 2010, and a few inbetween events such as The White Ghost and the Caprice.

What needs to remain on my mind is a focus of intent and purpose surrounding all of these events and allow them to lead me up to a focus which brings babck to the top of my memory banks a winning lottery combination which eye should have already witnessed as the winner based on me frequenting lottery results in my dream state. Many times eye simply see things way ahead in time of my personal future (like the movie Next with Nicholas Cage except not as pristine) however when encountering them eye only recognize its familiarity and search why eye feel dhat way.

What eye plan to correct is not the seeing, or somewhat knowing, but the focus of knowing eye am searching for a trigger which explodes me into rememberance. The task at hand is simple but only when the focus remains on the search for the triggers!

What eye have personally witnessed is you pretty much are exactly how you always are or believe yourself to be. What is reyet in front of us eludes us simply due to our misbelief in the things we are surrounded by as distractions to a higher focus and recognition. Eye believe we are exactly as Adam and Eve as we are divine and do not realize we are so due to that we continue to remain disconnected from our true being which is eternal and divine!

It is my belief dhat when eye complete the cycle and validate with irrefutable proof such as a winning lottery ticket eye will have the attention required to ask the perfect question of the connection between spirit and flesh! The question of is God real as well as the question of Heaven adn Hell. These are not my questions to prove wrong or right but more so to support yes and no.

Eye am gifted for a reason and a purpose and submit not to endangering the divinity of any human being of this world or being beyond this world. Eye merely am tired of feeling as if what eye know eye am witnessing is merely an imaginary friend gone rogue or wild.

The process of progression measures the agenda and the will and mindset to maintain a degree of focus in obtaining one's goals or goal. The authority within each of us allows us to with confidence absolute the mission of such goal. When there is no assurance in a delivery the focus becomes blurred and possibly lost.
Where eye have made my errors in my ways is losing focus. Eye actually had an $82,000 opportunity to successfully produce an album however do to a bleeding heart eye simply chose to pay my debts to financial society. DHAT MISTAH SHOW is how eye am living at this time. Eye have no regular paying job, and a mortgage of $86k remaining and a car note of $11k remaining. What eye believe happened was the one thought settled in which turned my mind around thus my vision of focus.
All eye had to do was take the persecution, produce the album, pay my fines, and fees for the album and get in my hooptie and drive around the metroplex trying to sell atleast 7 copies per day minimum from a 2,500 batch of DHAT MISTAH SHOW.
It seems simple however, when you actually care about your responsibilities and always searching for the way which does not impose your wishes upon others circumstances, your conscious mind begins to weigh more than your desired mind. $230 helped me to lose my job and get in debt by an additional $11,000.00 plus $2,000 in repairs within 60 days. Wow....when time allows you to calmly track your ways it's seems so crazy to recognize how simple a choice was that did not get made.
My findings from the series of events which led me to this entry simply remind me and reconfirm one simple thing. CICO AUTO SALES of Dallas 11050 HARRY HINES BLVD has completely lost my respect along with my efforts to Promote their business as they did not recognize the scenario they placed me in. Long story short due to their own business practices the vehicles they place for sale are not checked out just merely sold. The vehicle eye purchased from them was missing its check engine light bulb and therefor at time of sale eye was misled on the sale 4 had eye seen a check engine light appear eye would have had them find out why. Since eye bought it on November 8th 2011 (4 a job eye lost) eye have paid nearly $2,000 in repair and it all pertained to a check engine light. The vehicles censor assembly,harness,computer, and fan were all out of whack. The censor assembly wires were melted! "Hmph!" Imagine dhat! Eye attempted to consult with the auto sales company which only met in resistance and a "tough luck dude" attitude! Well, like eye said earlier eye really know how to pick em! Dj Hatsim

Arlington Improv Tony Rock headliner...."They Be The Main One" was hilarious as Anthony aka Tony Rock tore up the stage playing off audoence and sticking to his routine. He had full command of the set and allowed the audience to participate as he spoke truth about "Head", "Talkers vs Non Talkers in Bed", and THE "n" Word. Tony Rock is superb and deserves all achilades available. The entire staff on stage Sidney, Raji, and Joe Fox all were more than on point as the entire night had no dead spots! This was an actual "Comedic Measure of Fun".

Somewhere from the stages of childhood we change with our respect to what is mommy & what is daddy. The moments of Xmas increase with lesser or greater expectations of receiving & giving of presents. The smiles & frowns become innertwined as more & more dialogue is exchanged. Somewhere during all the expectations & ideals the true bond of love between child & parent becomes altered.

The best thing as a parent is to remain free of any thoughts which place us in the mindset of ownership as we are all only mere stewards of the lives we carry & nurture as all belong to The Most High. If U are not allowed to be treated as another persons property by government standards then why do U expect ur children to believe they are ur property opposed to ur love?

When U decide to discipline ur child remember these words. The love of God is the only love in me. Compassion and reassurance can be utilized in so many vital areas of relationship and its moments of bonding. Create the environment and its borders for knowing when the time and the place represent the expectation. Confusion does not help expectations but only fuel disappointment and frustration.

Eye recently lost my mother to Cancer. She left $$$ to me and my sisters.
Eye am looking to invest in something that grows in 90days to 6months if left untouched. Eye need it to grow so eye can fund a project called "The 2500 Group" as well as my near future retirement needs.

Today eye was reading posts from Twitter as eye believed eye have developed a healthy & pletheral timeline to view or shall eye say simply a fair and balanced follow of diversity when it dawned on me this particular question. Are you just saying dhat 4 the attention, for the purpose of being Hollywood, or because U actually experienced it personally?

There read(past tense) a posting which stated an album was the best of all time. This statement made me question the "Y" in my music. "Y" should anyone listen to the musical slyces eye compose or manufacture? Then this next question arose! "Do people have to see me 1st so they can "LISTEN" to my music?
The industry itself has with good cause redeveloped media intake in music,fashion,brand and more. We put or reconnected the entertain and the mint(ment) and meshed it with popular belief as if a populous amount of people believe it, truth shall it be. The facade of strength in numbers has only equated to dollars and lost trust in the nurturing belief, as a new breed of viewer has unfolded over the past 30 years.
What used to be trust worthy news in review has turned into over glamorized opinion radio thru television and guess who started it? Dick Vitale. When views were down in all media the only exciting thing to listen to was a game Dick Vitale was announcing. His zest and zeal and fun with words kept the spark and attention of viewers. Thus being the case as now anyone who deliberates sports and now news or music has become the new media standard,from stocks & trades to late night television soup review which brings me back to a basic common sense. "Do U have to see me to listen?"
Are U Killing music is a question this writer will more than likely turn into a column or book as the need for balanced and fair review is needed more than sales. The dynamics of poverty,education,dreams,hope,despair,ability,fundamental supply & demand, all play part in what types of music have become popular and why. Guess what? It ain't rap music's fault you aren't hearing good music on radio!
Before "Rap" and Hip Hop exploded the Rhythm and Blues genre turned into money over character. Singing groups were being signed on looks and with no talent and became the Industry's formula for success, thus removing the responsibility of an artist's integrity in music. Greed fueled this of course because the group was merely the Fashion model and the Label was the magazine. Who makes the most money? Yes. The magazine makes the most money cause it's selling the entire magazine and not just one page.
Name one group today starting with the 80's who is still together and performing new material and has not changed members or disbanded?
How did giving me what eye needed for my soul turn into placing a band aid on a heart transfer. "Telephone Bill" still to this day rocks and the artist actually plays an instrument. Currently eye am employed by a wireless company but not for my craft. The company eye represent is all over professional sports. Eye have let life move me in a place as to now eye have to get her done! Eye don't have the financial means and now eye have to appeal to those who can support this small time business dream and manifest itself beyond reality. The moral of the story? Know where you are headed regardless of which direction you find yourself in!

WHAT'S YOUR STRONG SUIT?
What is your strong suit? When you feel powerful within yourself what apparel are you garmenting yourself? What color are you wearing and how does it empower you? They say the suit makes the man but eye find that mankind was not made from cloth but a more durable fabric. If you are properly clothed within your being any apparel is good apparel give or take chapps and spandex. Don't forget who you represent when you conduct business and by all means please, please, please use that suit tha accentuates who you are and commands your message.

Eye am watching at this moment my entire life lay helplessly on the edge as my love goes thru a series of treatments,diagnosis,and more just so eye can bare witness of Jehova Prince of Peace care for his children. Worried am eye not as we are a spiritually encompassed family and all of God's word applies on our being. Be it righteous or not God always has favor on this family. Gwendolyn Wynette Campbell Williams Starkes Nash Durham Williams is my hero to this world. She ensured her child regardless of his visions and attributes kept his faith in love, truth, honor and respect. She always let him know the best way through any hard time was best served in the full armour of The Most High God. "Keep believing in him(God) son, cause he will never let you down!". There are so many novels to be written to remind us all about God's grace on us and his love within all. My only wish is for my angel to this world to bare no suffering and that respect in treatment recaps with courtesy and comfort. We the world should recap to ourselves in reflection how great it is to be able to command of ourselves the basics of any thought or function of life. Breathing, blinking,speaking,waving,laughing,snoring,tinkling,talking,tasting,tapping,walking,running,counting,hugging,hopping,hooping,hollering,handing,trotting,whistling,watering,showering,singing,smiling,giggling,blushing,shucking and jiving are merely a handful of all we take for granted in the course of our routine of the day. DHAT MISTAH'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL
Eye or we rather have 2 youtube channels. Currently there are no new postings. We are gearing up to edit solid interview topics to display to the youtube page which used to be primarily for video blogging of my journey into youtube, people, thoughts, video editing, and more. We have learned all we can learn and are now transitioning the page into a more Radio Friendly and Viewer Friendly page. It's still Youtube's site however the content will be right fit for the Dhat Mistah Show concept of freedom in expression in hip hop! Thank you in advance for being tolerant of our transitioning phase.

Dhat Mistah Show's Album Agenda
We are currently in review of our theme options for introduction of Dhat Mistah Show publishing portfolio. We are currently working thru Tunecore.com to post the album projects to online digital stores such as Itunes, Rhapsody, Napster, and more. Currently there are two dhat are posted and they are "Dhat Mistah Show Vol.1 TEchnical Difficulties" and "Dj Hatsim's" "Please STand By." The next theme option we project at this time will read as "Taking Calls." If you feel there is a better option to coincide with the main them of Radio Broadcast and in the order of our progression please feel free to provide us feedback or comment.
The currently listed album projects will not be available after 2010 and can only be purchaed directly from Dj Hatsim. Due to budget requirements we did not meet our goals to continue funding archived projects.

DHAT MISTAH SHOW "GETTING DHAT MUSIC READY"
OH WE ARE EXCITED about our new line of slyces. We are in preproduction phase at this time and we are stoked on this one. There is more fulfillment in the creative process and all that is required is adequate recording engineering and mastering. We are curious if "Make It Earthquake" will be accepted in the club venues. We'll soon see! Throwing up a prayer for California as we hope this song does not bring into fruition such a natural disaster but as for music enthusiasts we are looking to shake the walls on this one. We have no features at this time due to budget again(we can't pay you up front to be on our album projects as our motto is to split the profit so that all concerned parties are covered appropriately equal slices.)but are looking forward to the day when we have all our Dallas Boogii Heroes on the album such as Tum Tum, DSR, Big Tuck, Area19, Lil PEace, Ricochet, Baby C, Cutta-C, Dorrough, Young Hustlas, and much much more.
